On 03/06/2018, at 11:00 PM, Augusta University Police observed a male subject acting in an erratic manner in Parking Lot 12, adjacent to the Children’s Hospital of Georgia. Officers contact with the subject, found him to have been issued a Criminal Trespass Waring in November 2017. The subject was arrested and processed. A search of the subject’s book bag found marijuana, methamphetamine and a drug pipe. The items were taken as evidence. Officers transported and booked the subject into the Richmond County Jail on the following charges: Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possessing and Use of Drug Related Objects, and Criminal Trespass.
