On 10/30/82019, at 2:10 AM, Augusta University Police responded to The Augusta University Medical Center in reference to a rape. The Officers arrived and met with the witness/employee. The witness/employee reported she saw the offender/ex-husband with his left hand under the victim/patient’s gown in the area of her vagina. The offender/ex-husband was directed to leave and did so prior to officer’s arrival. The witness/employee further reported when she went to clean up the victim/patient she noticed evidence that the offender/ex-husband had digitally penetrated the victim/patient. The victim/patient, because of her medical treatment, was unable to provide a statement. Arrest warrants were issued for the offender/ex-husband.
