On 06/05/2017, at 2:22 AM, Augusta University Police stopped a subject riding a yellow bicycle on RA Dent Blvd adjacent to Parking Deck 8, for riding in the roadway with no lights. The subject was checked and found to be wanted by Tift County, but the county would not extradite. A search of the subject found a small amount of a green leafy substance in his front right pocket. The substance tested positive for Marijuana, and was taken for evidence. The subject was issued a citation for Possession of Marijuana Under 1 Ounce and released.
