On 08/03/2017, at 5:04 PM, Augusta University Police were dispatched to the University Village Complete, Bldg 4000. Officer made contact with the RLC on duty in reference to the smell of Marijuana coming from room 4206. Contact was made with a male AU Student inside the apartment, who was not the resident, he contact the resident of the room. The resident, a female AU Student, responded to the room and gave consent to search the area. A small bag of was appeared to be Marijuana was found on the living room floor, tested positive and taken as evidence. The female AU Student claimed ownership of the Marijuana and was issued a citation for Possession of Marijuana. The male AU Student was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the University Village Complex.
