On 09/04/2017, at 12:03 AM, an Augusta University Police Officer stopped a male subject in Parking Lot 8, on the Health Sciences Campus. The subject was identified and checked through GCIC, which showed him to have an outstanding warrant from Richmond County Sherriff’s Office. A search of the subject found a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance that tested positive for marijuana. The subject was arrested, processed, transported and booked into the Richmond County Jail for an Outstanding Warrant and Possession of Marijuana.
