On 10/17/2017, at 12:17 AM, Augusta University Police responded to the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, room 4909, in reference to a physical altercation. The victim stated that she and the father of her child got into argument, and that the subject became upset with her. The subject stated he was going to kill her. The victim tried to get up to call a nurse that is when the subject ran at her and grabbed her neck pushing her back. The victim went into the hallway to get a nurse and the subject followed her. Hospital Security escorted the subject out of the hospital before officers arrived on scene. AU Police applied for a warrant for Family Violence – Simple Battery on the subject.
