On 03/29/2018, at 10:10 AM, Augusta University Police were dispatched to University Village Apt 1211, in reference to an assault. Officers made contact with the female victim, an Augusta University student. The victim stated that her ex-boyfriend came to her apartment, after they had an argument earlier, kicked in her bedroom door and took a lamp. The victim then followed the subject out of her bedroom into the common area, where the subject grabbed her arm and pushed her. The subject had departed the area prior to Offices arrival on scene. The subject is being charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, and Simple Battery. Investigation into this incident is ongoing, no arrest has been made.
