On 04/06/2018, at 8:47 AM, Augusta University Police were dispatched to the Augusta University Medical Center in reference to a possible domestic incident, where the employee had locked herself in an office from her ex-boyfriend.  Officers made contact with the complainant/victim, who stated that at approximately 8:25 AM, her ex-boyfriend approach her at the 5 North Nurses Station and demanded a ring and bracelet she was wearing.  The victim stated she refused at first, but state the subject threaten to punch her in her face.  The victim gave him the items and the subject departed the area.  The victim was not injured and she stated that the subject did not hit her.  Officers made contact with the subject who came to the Augusta University Police Department and returned items.  The subject was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and was instructed not to return to the campus.  Officers return the taken items to the victim, who stated she does not wish to prosecute.  Anyone with additional information about this incident may contact the AU Police Department at 706-721-2911.
