On 04/19/2018, at 2:02 PM, Augusta University Police responded to University Village apartment 4206, in reference to the smell of marijuana. Officers made contact the two individuals inside the apartment. After speaking with the two subjects, officers found a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. The substance tested positive for marijuana and was taken as evidence. Both subjects were issued a citation for Possession of Marijuana and released.
