On 10-11-18, at 7:22 AM, Augusta University Police responded to property under the Calhoun Expressway Bridge adjacent to Augusta University Parking Lot # 43 in reference to a simple battery. The victim/community member reported her boyfriend struck her on the left side of her face. The boyfriend/subject stated he did not strike the victim/community member. Officers found no signs of physical contact or injury. This case is currently under investigation.
