On 12/05/2018, at 12:35 PM, Augusta University Police responded to Augusta University Medical Center room 4650, in reference to a sexual battery. The victim/patient stated that on 12/01/2018, at 3:00 AM, the offender/employee came into his room to exam his surgical area. The victim/patient stated the offender instead touch his genitals and started stroking him. The victim/patient protested and the offender/employee left the room.
