On 01/15/2019, at 8:08 PM, Augusta University Police responded to the University Village Apartments, room 5106 in reference to an odor of marijuana. Officers made contact with three student residents of the apartment. Consent to search was granted and a green leafy substance and drug paraphernalia was located. The green leafy substance was field tested and indicated it was marijuana. Two of the students took ownership of the all of the items. Both students were issued citations for Possession of Marijuana.
