On 04/29/2019, at 9:22 AM, Augusta University Police responded to a report of juveniles on golf carts driving on Laney Walker Blvd. Responding officers found the juveniles off of Laney Walker Blvd and Marks St. driving golf carts that were similar to ones owned by Augusta University. While attempting to stop the juveniles all of them fled on foot. Three of the four were found, detained and turned over to family members.
