On 04/30/2019, at 3:50 PM, Augusta University Police responded to the Augusta University Medical Center, Medical Office Building in reference to a robbery by sudden snatch. The responding officers met with the victim/visitor who stated he was dropping off the offender/patient for treatment at the Emergency Room when she grabbed his cellular phone and fled the area. During the course of the investigation the offender/patient was located and the phone was returned.
