On 06/29/2019, at 5:29 PM, Augusta University Police responded to the Augusta University Medical Center (AUMC) Emergency Room in reference to a report of Domestic Violence. The Officers made contact with the witness/employee. The witness/employee stated the offender/visitor struck the victim/patient in the chest. The Officers observed lacerations to the victim/patients forehead and eye area. The offender/visitor was arrested at the scene.
