On 11/11/2019, at 8:57 AM, Augusta University Police responded to Elm Hall on the Health Science Campus in reference to simple battery. Officers made contact with the victim/visitor. The victim/visitor reported his girlfriend, the offender/student, pushed him during a verbal argument in an attempt to have him leave her room. The offender/student admitted to pushing the victim/visitor and added he pushed her also. Both parties provided written statements and indicated they did not want to prosecute.
