On 07/15/2020 at 6:13 AM, the Augusta University Police Department responded to the Augusta University Medical Center Emergency Room parking in reference to a domestic violence incident. When the Officers arrived they located the victim/patient and the offender/visitor. The victim/patient told the officers that the offender/visitor grabbed her head and struck it into the arm rest of the vehicle they were sitting in. The Officers did not see any marks on the victim/patient. The victim/patient declined to prosecute the offender/visitor. The offender/visitor left the area.
