On 06/13/2021, at 10:41 PM, Augusta University Police Officers responded to the Augusta University Medical Center, Emergency Room, in reference to a drug violation. When the Officers arrived, they met with the complainant/employee. The complainant/employee reported finding a box containing numerous bags of a white powdery substance in the offender/patient’s possessions. The drugs were tested and confirmed to be cocaine and methamphetamine. Warrants were obtained and the offender/patient was arrested upon his discharge.
