On 06/17/2021, at 3:50 PM, Augusta University Police Officers responded to the Augusta University Medical Center, Emergency Room, in reference to a drug violation. When the Officers arrived, they met with the complainant/employee. The complainant/employee reported finding a folded dollar bill containing a white powdery substance in the offender/patient’s possessions. The offender/patient admitted the substance was methamphetamine. The drug was confiscated for destruction.
