On 10/26/2021, at 3:58 AM, Augusta University Police Officers responded to the Augusta University Medical Center, Emergency Room, in reference to a drug violation. When the Officers arrived they met with the offender/patient. The offender/patient gave the Officers a small bag containing a white powdery substance. The substance was collected for destruction and the patient was admitted to the Emergency Room.
