On 11/08/2021 at approximately 2:34 PM, Officers responded to University Village in reference to a TPO (Temporary Protective Order) violation. Upon investigation, Officers discovered that the offender/visitor and the victim/student were arguing, during which the offender/visitor broke the victim/student’s mobile phone.
