On 11/21/2021, at 09:53 AM, Augusta University Police responded to the Augusta University Medical Center in reference to an aggravated assault. The responding Officers met with the victim/employee. The victim/employee reported that the patient/offender choked them during an altercation. Warrants were obtained for the patient/offender who was subsequently arrested and transported to the Richmond County Jail.
