On 01/12/2022 at approximately 09:00 AM, Augusta University Police Officers met with a victim/student outside University Hall in reference to a stalking complaint. Upon investigation, they discovered that the offender/student has made several unwanted attempts at physical contact by hugging, and following the student/victim on multiple occasions. The student/victim refused to press charges, however, a Temporary Protective Order (TPO) was obtained. The offender/student was referred for counseling.
