On 01/13/2022 at approximately 07:25 AM, Augusta University Police Officers responded to the Emergency Room at Augusta University Medical Center in reference to a drug complaint. Upon their arrival, they met with the complainant/employee who handed over items found on an offender/patient who was being treated. The suspected items were collected for destruction.
