On 02/09/2022, Augusta University Police Officers responded to Augusta University Medical Center’s Cardiovascular Center in reference to a burglary. The responding officers met with the victim/employee who stated that they observed a black male in their office attempting to open desk drawers. The victim/employee reported that the suspect/offender left quickly upon being seen. Two other victims/employees also reported a missing wallet and cash from the same area.
