On 02/14/2022 at 4:45 P.M., Augusta University Police responded to University Village in reference to a suspicious person. Officers were advised by the victim/visitor that the offender/suspect had broken into his vehicle. Upon making contact and speaking with the offender/visitor, officers discovered three small bags containing marijuana. While speaking with the offender/visitor, officers observed erratic behavior and other signs of distress. Officers transported them to Augusta University Medical Center for evaluation.
