On 02/23/2022 at 8:25 PM, Augusta University Police Officers responded to the Emergency Room at Augusta University Medical Center in reference to a drug complaint. Upon their arrival, they met with the complainant/employee who handed over a white powdery substance, suspected to be heroin, found in the patient/offender’s belongings.
