On 06/11/2022 at 5:10 PM, Augusta University Police Officers responded to the Augusta University Medical Center in reference to a sexual battery complaint. Upon their arrival, they met with the complainant/employee who reported being touched inappropriately by an individual/patient. Augusta University Police conducted an investigation and the complainant/employee decline to pursue criminal charges at this time.
