On 6/14/2022 the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 3100 block of Wrightsboro Road in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, Deputies located a victim with at least one gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The suspect’s relationship to the victim is unknown at this time. The suspect is described as a black male, 6′ tall, approximately 200lbs. The suspect was possibly driving a black in color Nissan sedan, unknown direction of travel. This is an active investigation being conducted by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
