On 06/25/2017, at 12:00 AM, Augusta University Police made contact with the driver of a vehicle parked at the Clay Street Warehouse. A check was conducted and found that the driver had no driver’s license. A search of vehicle was conducted and found a small amount of a green leafy substance located under the driver’s seat. The substance tested positive for marijuana and was taken as evidence. The driver was issued a criminal trespass warning and a citation for possession of marijuana, then released.
