On 08/16/2017, at 3:37 AM, Augusta University Police responded to Anderson Avenue and Magnolia Lane in reference to stolen golf cart, and met with Richmond County Deputies, who stopped the vehicle, but the driver fled the scene. Investigation revealed that AU Golf Cart 447 was taken from parking lot #11 of the Augusta University Health Sciences Campus. The vehicle was processed, recovered and returned to campus.
