On 11/04/2017, 11:30 AM, Augusta University Police responded to the Ronald McDonald House, located in parking lot 14, in reference to a domestic incident. Officers made contact with the victim and subject. The victim stated that she and the male subject had a child together, and that they got into a verbal argument and physical altercation. The subject grabbed the victim’s hair and pushed the victim’s head into the floor in the bathroom. The subject was taken into custody, processed and booked into the Richmond County Jail for Simple Battery (Domestic Violence).
