On 04/29/2017, at 5:55 PM, Augusta University Police responded to the Augusta University’s University Village room 3304 in reference to a smell of marijuana. Contact was made with two females in the residence who gave permission for officers to enter the room. During a check of the residence in the bathroom officers discovered a small about of a green leafy substance in plain view on the counter, along with a grinder and a weight scale. Under the counter a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance was found, that tested positive for marijuana. It was discovered that neither of the females in the room were residents of the room. Subject identified as BROWN, Kendra, was issued Richmond Country citation for possession of marijuana. Both females were issued Criminal Trespass Warnings and escorted off campus. The marijuana and grinder were taken as evidence.
