On 03/21/2018, at 8:49 AM, Augusta University Police made contact with a female victim of a simple battery at Augusta University Police Headquarters. The victim stated that her ex-boyfriend drove her to the Cancer Treatment Center for an appointment. They got into an argument during the drive. Upon arrival at the Cancer Treatment Center the victim exited the vehicle with the intent to take control of the vehicle. The male subject exited the vehicle and pushed the victim to the ground and choked her. The subject then left the area on foot.
