On 09/05/2018, at 3:10 PM, Augusta University Police responded to the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, in reference to a fight in progress. Officers made contact with a male/victim, who stated his juvenile child struck him numerous times. The male/victim further reported he responded by defending himself striking the juvenile in the head and hand. The fight occurred over a set of keys. The reporting officers found no physical evidence of a fight and the male/victim declined to prosecute.
