On 11/30/2018, at 9:00 AM, Augusta University Police Investigations met with the victim/student at the AUPD Conference room in reference to a sexual battery. The victim/student reported, on October 26, 2018, the offender/student touched her breast without her consent. The victim/student further stated, on October 27, 2018, the offender/student undressed her while she was intoxicated and laying in his bathtub. This case is closed by exception because the victim/student does not wish to proceed with prosecution.
